The limited room service menu was a letdown, as many options were either unavailable or required advance ordering. I also found the overall ambiance quite dull and lifeless, which detracted from our experience. We needed blackout curtains for better sleep, but that seemed to be overlooked.

Our stay was nice with amazing views from our Bulan Garden Pool Access Villa and super cozy private pool.

The Soka Maisonette Pool Access Villa was fine! Loved the mix of modern and traditional design. Having direct access to the pool from the room was a game changer, and the views were just wow, surrounded by that lovely rainforest. Honestly, it felt super luxurious and comfortable. Only thing? A bit more variety in in-room dining options would've been nice.

Hoshinoya bali is a true gem in a beautiful sanctuary of peace. The soka maisonette pool access villa had a fine design that combines modern and traditional elements perfectly. One highlight was swimming in our private pool surrounded by the tranquil rainforest. The staff was attentive.

It was just a nice choice for a holiday in Ubud with fantastic value for money. The outdoor shower in the villa was a nice experience, surrounded by nature and very refreshing. Bring some snacks as room service has limited options.

Bulan Garden Pool Access Villa impressed with amazing views and really good cleanliness. The limited in-room dining options were disappointing, especially for a high-end resort. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights and local cultural classes. They added a unique touch to our stay.

Breakfast is a delicious selection of Indonesian and Japanese cuisine, served with stunning views of the valley. Guests can also enjoy the three beautifully designed pools and the many facilities on offer.

The hotel staff were cute and friendly. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. the dining options were fantastic, and the breakfast was a definite highlight for me.
