The attentive staff embody really good hospitality.
The limited room service menu was a letdown, as many options were either unavailable or required advance ordering. I also found the overall ambiance quite dull and lifeless, which detracted from our experience. We needed blackout curtains for better sleep, but that seemed to be overlooked.

The truth, what's good and what's not
Enchanting Balinese culture came alive with staff invitations to a local ceremony. The villa's unique design and private pool offer serene luxury.
Occasional seasonal quietness may leave guests yearning for more vibrant dining options and activities.

The Soka Maisonette Pool Access Villa was fine! Loved the mix of modern and traditional design. Having direct access to the pool from the room was a game changer, and the views were just wow, surrounded by that lovely rainforest. Honestly, it felt super luxurious and comfortable. Only thing? A bit more variety in in-room dining options would've been nice.

Bulan Garden Pool Access Villa impressed with amazing views and really good cleanliness. The limited in-room dining options were disappointing, especially for a high-end resort. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights and local cultural classes. They added a unique touch to our stay.

lovely environment but limited dining options
The beautiful surroundings, with lush views of the rainforest enhancing the experience. The staff were not only friendly but also helpful, assisting us with all our bookings for local activities. The private pool access in our Soka Maisonette Villa was a highlight, great to enjoy a refreshing dip at our leisure.
I found the room service options quite limited, disappointing given the otherwise luxurious experience.

We had an lovely stay with an amazing spa experience, and enjoying the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of our trip. The relaxing vibe of the garden area really added to our peace of mind. The only thing I'd suggest is to maybe add blackout curtains for even better sleep quality, but overall it was fantastic 🌿

Nestled on a hill overlooking a small river, this serene sanctuary offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by lush jungle, the Japanese-style rooms are comfortable and elegantly designed, with luxurious bathrooms providing an oasis of relaxation. the staff is courteous and attentive, always ready to provide guests with any assistance they may need. Breakfast is a delicious selection of Indonesian and Japanese cuisine, served with stunning views of the valley. Guests can also enjoy the three beautifully designed pools and the many facilities on offer.
The limited menu of dinner options may disappoint those who enjoy trying different dishes, as there are only a few selections of spirits available.
